Are you ready? * **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid * **Department:** Corporate Business Area \- Corporate Customer Directorate **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------------------- * **Customer Architecture:** Contribute to the implementation of the reference architecture that supports the 360º customer view, supporting countries in personalizing customer relationships. * **Data Governance:** Oversee customer data quality and governance, ensuring its effective use for strategic decision-making and business impact. * **Analytical Innovation:** Promote the use of data to build advanced analytical models applied to end customers, as well as their activation through Use Cases, including developing Artificial Intelligence techniques for trend prediction, segmentation, and personalization of customer relationships. * **Monitoring and Reporting:** Analyze key customer indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to evaluating the impact of implemented strategies, as well as defining areas for improvement. * **Global Collaboration:** Provide expert advice to multidisciplinary teams in countries, supporting the implementation of solutions and action plans based on specific business needs. * **Strategic Knowledge:** Contribute expertise to global initiatives focused on customer understanding, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and compliance across countries. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * **Education:** Higher university degree with certified complementary training in Data, Analytics, BI solutions, or Artificial Intelligence. * **English:** C1 (minimum essential requirement). * **Experience:** At least 3 years working on various types of data governance and analytical modeling projects. Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (countries/business units, corporate, business, technology, etc.), as well as proven experience in planning and executing corporate-level strategies. * **Knowledge:** + Understanding of data architectures. + Programming languages: Python, R, SQL, etc. + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI). + Knowledge of data management and processing methodologies, and practical application in project execution. + Familiarity with project management methodologies. + Understanding of customer relationship strategies. * **Skills:** + Strong communication skills. + Highly collaborative profile, able to build cooperative and constructive working relationships. + Initiative and ability to act and propose improvements quickly and independently. + Flexibility to thrive in diverse and dynamic work environments, adapting to changes in priorities and contexts. + Critical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * Flexible working hours and 124 hours of remote work per quarter, adaptable to your needs.
