We are currently seeking an expert **AI Project Manager** specializing in voicebots, chatbots, and conversational AI to drive AI innovation—leading value propositions, managing project delivery, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions. This role combines technical vision, consulting skills, and deep expertise in conversational technologies, generative AI, voice analytics, and knowledge management. **\- Key Responsibilities** **Project Management** * Support the sales team in client meetings to identify needs, use cases, and opportunities. * Conduct **technical and functional discovery** to understand client contexts, workflows, and systems. * Design value propositions, customized demos, and presentations showcasing the potential of voicebots/chatbots. * Develop **functional architectures**, scope definitions, and effort estimates. * Clearly explain technical concepts (NLP, integrations, STT/TTS, LLMs, etc.) to non-technical stakeholders. * Participate in RFPs/RFIs and tender documentation. * Lead the **implementation** of conversational solutions, coordinating technical and design teams. * Ensure proper **project management**: planning, tracking, risk management, quality control, and communication. * Serve as the primary client contact throughout delivery. * Oversee and validate flows, integrations, testing, and deployments. * Manage expectations, prioritize requirements, and facilitate decision-making. * Ensure client satisfaction and service continuity. **Solution Optimization & Evolution** * Analyze bot metrics (intent recognition, disambiguation, NLU performance, response times, self-service rate, NPS, etc.) and identify improvement areas. * Conduct periodic workshops with clients to review results and propose evolutionary enhancements. * Maintain long-term client relationships to support upselling and new feature adoption. * Ensure the bot aligns with the client’s business objectives and best practices in conversational design. * Implement and optimize **speech analytics**-based strategies to identify patterns, detect issues, and improve user experience. * Supervise and enhance the **knowledge base** (structure, maintenance, relevance, and information quality). * Practical knowledge of generative AI models and LLM-based assistants. **\- Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Experience in **pre-sales, functional consulting, or delivery** of technology solutions (ideally conversational AI). * **Technical education** in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Solid knowledge of voicebot/chatbot platforms: **Dialogflow, Rasa, Lex, Watson, Azure, Voiceflow, or others**. * Experience managing technology projects and maintaining ongoing client relationships. * Familiarity with **API-based integrations** and cloud ecosystems. * Understanding of **NLP/NLU, STT, TTS, and LLMs** concepts. * Fluent **English** level for collaboration with international teams. **Technical Skills** * Ability to define conversational architectures and interaction models. * Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate with developers and review deliverables. * Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Node.js preferred). * Proficiency in metric analysis and reporting tools. **Interpersonal Skills** * Excellent communication and ability to clearly and persuasively present solutions. * Client orientation and consulting capabilities. * Effective stakeholder and expectation management. * Organization, leadership, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation. **\- Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with **generative AI agents** or hybrid NLU + LLM pipelines. * Knowledge of CCaaS/telephony platforms. * Experience in specific sectors (banking, BPO, telecom, healthcare, retail, insurance, etc.). \- **What We Offer** * A strategic and stable role with **permanent employment**, delivering **direct impact** on our clients and business growth. * Involvement in **innovative conversational AI projects**. * Opportunities for **professional development** in consulting, product, or management tracks. * A **collaborative environment**, where we champion autonomy and the ability to propose impactful improvements. * A **hybrid work model**, combining flexible remote work with in-office presence at our Barcelona office (08021), fostering team cohesion.
