Job Summary: Develop artificial intelligence models to improve service delivery, leveraging cognitive services and collaborating on multidisciplinary projects. Key Highlights: 1. A dynamic environment with opportunities for development and growth **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to create artificial intelligence models that can be applied in the clinical support activities of our businesses and enhance service delivery. Additionally: You will carry out the software development associated with the business's AI projects. You will analyze and utilize cognitive services from providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.), implementing their APIs in our applications. You will analyze the usage of the virtual assistant to identify errors and potential improvements, alongside developing and evolving neural network-based AI models. You will coordinate with other IT areas—such as architecture and security—to ensure proper model utilization, and support multidisciplinary meetings with other business units to gather and improve input data used in algorithms. You will support the planning of emerging projects and assist in process execution to ensure sound planning and manage any requirement changes that may arise. You will collaborate in gathering functional and non-functional requirements for projects. You will conduct unit testing. You will use various generative AI models and build customized agents tailored to each use case. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (e.g., Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence). Experience: At least 2 years in similar or related roles, including 1 year working with Python. Languages: English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Other skills and knowledge: User-level Linux knowledge \+ Basic knowledge of Generative AI. **What do we offer?** Hybrid remote work model.
