We are looking for an **AI** **Automation Engineer** responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Artificial Intelligence and low\-code/no\-code tools, aiming to improve operational efficiency and facilitate system integrations. The main responsibility will be optimizing internal processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling integration between different systems, without requiring complex code development. This role will be key in the technical execution of automations, working closely with business and Tech teams to identify improvement areas, create automated workflows, and help the organization adopt solutions that streamline repetitive tasks and enhance productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business teams and the BPM team to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and repetitive manual tasks that could be automated, thereby improving efficiency and reducing human errors. * Create automation solutions using N8N to optimize internal workflows. * Conduct thorough testing of developed automations to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues arising during implementation. * Maintain clear and up\-to\-date documentation of all automated processes, developed workflows, and integrations performed. * Provide training to other teams and users on how to use automated solutions, offering continuous support to resolve problems or make necessary adjustments. * Monitor performance and generate reports based on key performance indicators such as time saved, error reduction, and adoption rates of implemented automations. **Requirements:** * Experience with Low\-Code/No\-Code Platforms: Proven experience designing and developing solutions using platforms such as N8N, Power Apps, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar. * Experience in workflow and process automation. * Advanced level of English. * Programming experience (preferably Python). * Familiarity with basic API concepts, system integrations, and database management.
