We are seeking an Administrative Staff member to join the Urban Regeneration Program Office in collaboration with the Ajuntament de Barcelona, located at C/ Bolívia 250, Barcelona (Selva de Mar). You will become part of the technical team at the Urban Regeneration Office, supporting the administrative management of the project and contributing to improving the efficiency and coordination of municipal actions. **What will your responsibilities be?** \- Performing administrative tasks. \- Drafting various documentation. \- Managing and tracking correspondence. \- Handling and screening phone calls. \- Scheduling and coordinating agendas. \- Assisting in sending emails and managing departmental file documentation. **What are we looking for?** \- High school diploma, Medium-Level Vocational Training in Administrative Management, or equivalent qualification. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles. \- Good command of Catalan. **What do we offer?** \- Full-time, on-site work, 40 hours per week. \- 17,000€ gross annually, paid in 12 installments.
