The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming large volumes of information into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring project alignment with the company’s vision. On-site work at our offices in Erandio (Basque Country). In-depth experience with Excel, Power BI, and AI tools, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with project directors and other stakeholders, will be highly valued. Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using metrics and KPIs; prepare status reports for management and support strategic decisions; design and implement PMO governance methodologies, tools, and templates; collaborate with project directors on planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with standards; ensure alignment with Circet’s global strategy and quality criteria; participate in risk and issue identification, assessment, and management; use Excel, Power BI, and AI solutions to automate reporting and enhance visualization. * Advanced experience in data handling, metrics, and KPI report generation. * Solid proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and AI tools applied to data analysis. * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle or equivalent. * Residence near Erandio or willingness to commute daily.
