




We are looking for a person to support telecommunications technicians in their daily tasks related to repairs and installations. Responsibilities include organizing and tracking work orders, ensuring everything functions correctly and resolving any issues that may arise with the technicians. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing work routes to ensure efficiency, as well as daily communication with clients. You must handle their inquiries and issues, always providing courteous and professional service. Additionally, it will be necessary to keep information updated in the company's ERP system for proper management. A full-time position is offered with rotating shifts, which may be split or afternoon shifts, and weekend on-call coverage once per month. This position offers professional stability and compensation according to the applicable collective agreement. Prior experience in the energy sector will be valued, and at least one year of experience in similar roles is required. **Experience:** Minimum of 12 months
