Description
Receive and handle incidents, document actions taken, apply technical and legal criteria, and reduce the time and cost required to resolve incidents. Facilitate client communication and respond effectively to requests from the moment the work is received until the expiration of contractual and statutory post-sales warranty.
• Document all actions taken: ensure traceability. • Rapid resolution of incidents and application of technical and legal criteria: coordinate with collaborators. • Cost control and minimization. • Monitoring of works: register received incidents in the incident database, identify the responsible collaborator, assign incidents to collaborators, schedule and organize visits with owners and collaborators, review completed works, and collect signatures on acceptance reports. • Ease of communication: follow agreed-upon channels with the client and maintain an optimal relationship in accordance with the signed protocol. • Project a positive company image. • Weekly joint planning with the assigned supervisor, establishing priorities and regularly reporting to the team leader. • Joint visits with owners and clients during pre-sales and post-sales phases. • Monitoring of ongoing works. • Ensure adherence to deadlines. • Supervise completed works. • Monitor collection of delivery notes and work notifications from collaborators. • Monitor collection of acceptance report signatures from owners and/or clients. • Request quotations for out-of-warranty works; minimize costs. • Keep the database updated with relevant tracking information (observations, photographs, acceptance reports, reasons for rejected incidents, etc.). • Report non-conformities as lessons learned and opportunities for quality system improvement. • Update the post-sales process and monitor it for the Quality Audit.
* Minimum 1 year of experience. Academic qualification: Building Engineer, Technical Architect, or equivalent technical degree. NO prior experience required. Motivation and training in the construction sector.
