If you have prior experience as an administrative officer, a collaborative mindset, and are seeking an opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and rewarding work environment, we would love to meet you! **Overall Job Objective:** Management of the company’s creditor and supplier accounts. Allocation of expenses related to the company’s business activities and management of supplier payment portfolios. Monitoring and oversight of expense items. **Required Competencies:** * Organizational and leadership skills; attention to detail. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative officer. * Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Accounting and Finance, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify and approve received invoices along with their supporting documentation, and ensure proper accounting treatment. * Create and register new supplier accounts in the system. * Manage supplier payment portfolios.
