Visual merchandising and product presentation—both in the storefront window and inside the store—are daily priorities. Sales target tracking, average transaction value analysis, and implementation of customer loyalty strategies are also conducted. Administrative tasks include sales monitoring, operation of retail management software systems, and coordination with suppliers. Inventory supervision and stock organization ensure product availability.
