Job Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Operator to ensure optimal machinery performance, manage daily documentation, and resolve mechanical incidents in Vilafranca del Penedès. Key Responsibilities: 1. Autonomous operation and supervision of packaging lines. 2. Resolution of mechanical incidents and recording of anomalies. 3. Support and guidance for newly hired staff. At the facility located in Vilafranca del Penedès, personnel are sought for the operation and supervision of various packaging lines. The role involves ensuring machinery operates correctly and meets required quality standards, autonomously managing daily documentation. It will be necessary to perform format changes, adjust equipment according to current needs, and prepare lines for startup by verifying all parameters. This role entails resolving minor mechanical incidents during the shift and recording any anomalies in the control system. Additionally, support and guidance tasks will be carried out for newly hired staff. The contract is temporary, full-time, organized in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, ensuring continuous plant operations. Vocational training at intermediate level in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or Automation. Minimum 3 years’ work experience operating industrial packaging machinery, demonstrating autonomy in managing production lines. Technical capability to adjust parameters, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve basic mechanical failures. Knowledge of quality control, production process efficiency, and plant control software.
