Social Worker for the EAP of Baix Penedès The requirements to occupy this position are: a degree/diploma in Social Work, and knowledge of Catalan language at proficiency level (C1) or equivalent. Occupying this position requires not having been convicted by a final judgment for any offense against sexual freedom and integrity, as well as for human trafficking, according to article 13.5 of Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15, on Legal Protection of Minors, amended by Law 26/2015, of July 28, modifying the child and adolescent protection system. The functions of this position are those proper to the diploma body, Social Work of the Government of Catalonia, and specifically within the unit of EAP Baix Penedès of the Territorial Services in Penedès, such as: - Assessment of students' educational needs related to their social and family environment, and collaboration in planning actions that promote their participation in development and learning contexts within the school and social environment. - Information and advice to families; guidance on services and resources to support schooling processes. - Monitoring students with educational needs linked to disadvantaged sociocultural conditions, especially during transitional stages and in the process of transitioning to active life (labor and social integration). - Advising schools and teachers in identifying students’ educational needs related to their social and family environment, and collaborating in planning educational response actions in school, family and social settings. - Participation in school projects aimed at addressing the social needs of students and their families (social committees, social risk offices...). - Collaboration with administrations in planning and optimizing educational resources in the sector and on issues related to student enrollment. - Networking and collaboration with local institutions and services to detect needs and establish common action criteria. * Experience 3 months. . - Experience in social work in organizations where users are children and adolescents. - Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork (with other specialists in teams sharing a common goal). - Pro-activity and problem-solving ability. - Relational and communication skills. - Knowledge of office software tools for processing written information (Word), numerical data (Excel), databases (Access), and file management. * Degree title - Social Work * Diploma or Technical Engineering - Social Work * Catalan (spoken Superior, written Superior) * Competencies / knowledge: Catalan (spoken K, written K) * Vehicle availability * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Full time
