Job Summary: We are seeking a social worker to provide comprehensive care and community development within first-level social services, with priority given to group and community interventions. Promotion of social participation and development of care plans We are seeking a social worker for first-level social services in Villamediana de Iregua (La Rioja). Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Social Work, possess a valid Spanish driving license (Class B) and their own vehicle, be proficient in the PROTECNIA system used by La Rioja’s Social Services, and have prior experience in similar roles within municipal governments or joint councils. Responsibilities include integrating a community perspective into all activities; delivering comprehensive, person- or family-centered care; conducting initial assessments and social histories; prioritizing group and community interventions to strengthen support networks; promoting social participation among individuals in situations of vulnerability; designing social care plans based on individual capacities and risk factors; promptly responding to serious and urgent situations; providing social accompaniment and evaluating intervention processes; and entering data into the first-level social services information system. The position is full-time, morning shifts only, with a gross monthly salary of 2\.440,64 euros.
