With ALE\-HOP’s national and international expansion, our teams continue growing steadily, and we need to strengthen our Processes and Technology department. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Manage and resolve incidents in ERP, SGA, POS, and other corporate systems. * Administer and maintain systems, servers, networks, and integrations. * Monitor infrastructure performance and implement security and backup measures. * Coordinate system updates, new tools, and technology projects with internal teams and partners. * Provide technical support and training to internal users. * Drive process automation, reporting generation, and contingency planning. **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Degree or engineering qualification in Computer Science or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years. Proficiency in ERP systems (X3, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar), SGA, and POS. Experience with incident management tools. Specific IT knowledge: networking, operating systems, Active Directory and M365, cybersecurity, virtualization, Windows Server 2019, and UNIX systems. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Permanent contract — because great things are meant to last.
