Here, you can participate in impactful projects and learn from multicultural teams. **Collaborative culture** We value curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to contribute new ideas. **Inclusive and diverse environment** We believe in equal opportunity and in an environment where each person is respected, heard, and valued. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Lead the preparation and oversight of the annual budget, forecasts, and business plan. * Analyze the profitability and performance of infrastructure projects/assets (CAPEX/OPEX, cash flow, variance analysis). * Implement and improve internal control systems and financial reporting procedures. * Supervise monthly and annual financial closing in coordination with the Accounting team. * Prepare management reports and KPIs for Executive Management and the Board, providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. * Monitor cash flow. * Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, coordinating audits and external advisor engagement. * Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements in financial processes and project execution. * Provide financial support in tenders, concessions, and infrastructure contracts (analysis, modeling, risk assessment). * Support Executive Management in corporate decisions regarding the project portfolio (investments, refinancing, dividends, valuation) based on financial analysis. * From HQ, define and ensure application of corporate project reporting standards (calendar, reporting packs, criteria, and governance). * Review and analyze consolidated/financial packages received from projects, ensuring consistency of criteria and data integrity (including intercompany transactions and key reconciliations), and escalate alerts/adjustments as appropriate. **About you** ------------ * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
