Here, you can participate in impactful projects and learn from multicultural teams. **Collaborative culture** We value curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to contribute new ideas. **Inclusive and diverse environment** We believe in equal opportunity and in an environment where each person is respected, heard, and valued. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Lead the preparation and oversight of the annual budget, forecasts, and business plan. * Analyze the profitability and performance of infrastructure projects/assets (CAPEX/OPEX, cash flow, variance analysis). * Implement and improve internal control systems and financial reporting procedures. * Supervise monthly and annual financial closing in coordination with the Accounting team. * Prepare management reports and KPIs for Executive Management and the Board, providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. * Monitor cash flow. * Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, coordinating audits and external advisor engagement. * Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements in financial processes and project execution. * Provide financial support in tenders, concessions, and infrastructure contracts (analysis, modeling, risk assessment). * Support Executive Management in corporate decisions regarding the project portfolio (investments, refinancing, dividends, valuation) based on financial analysis. * From HQ, define and ensure application of corporate project reporting standards (calendar, reporting packs, criteria, and governance). * Review and analyze consolidated/financial packages received from projects, ensuring consistency of criteria and data integrity (including intercompany transactions and key reconciliations), and escalate alerts/adjustments as appropriate. **About you** ------------ * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. A Master’s in Finance or MBA is a plus. * Experience: Approximately 5 years in controlling, auditing, or financial management—ideally in infrastructure, construction, energy, or concessions—with business orientation. * Valuable experience in a corporate/HQ environment supervising projects and coordinating inputs from local/country teams. * Accounting and tax knowledge: Solid foundation in financial and management accounting, financial closing, and tax compliance; familiarity with IFRS/IAS is desirable. * Financial analysis: Strong modeling and variance analysis skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights for corporate-level decision-making. * Familiarity with financial planning and risk management. * Tools: Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.). * Languages: Fluent English (other languages are valuable). * Desirable: Understanding of consolidation applied to projects—especially reviewing and analyzing received reporting packages (intercompany, eliminations, reconciliations, and P\&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow analysis). * Competencies: Analytical thinking and results orientation, communication and influence with non-financial stakeholders, proactivity, and continuous improvement. **ROADIS Benefits** --------------------- At ROADIS, we strive to offer a variety of benefits prioritizing our team’s well-being and professional development. * Cobee card (flexible compensation). * Remote work opportunities (1 day per week – Easy Working Program 2026\). * Unlimited access to our online learning platform and other professional development opportunities. * Well-being activities. * Exclusive discounts on a wide range of products and services. * Team events and internal activities. * And much more… If you are motivated to grow in a global environment, work with diverse teams, and be part of a company that invests in talent and professional development, we want to meet you.
