We seek an Assistant Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, leads by example, and possesses deep expertise in hospitality. Responsibilities * Support daily restaurant operations and service flow * Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts * Ensure an exceptional customer experience and professionally resolve incidents * Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and training * Oversee inventory, ordering, and opening/closing procedures * Maintain standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency * Collaborate with management to improve systems and team performance Requirements * **Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management** * Strong leadership and communication skills * Advanced English proficiency preferred * Spanish mandatory * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * **Flexible availability, including nights and weekends** What We Offer * Growth opportunity within a dynamic hospitality brand * Young, energetic, and collaborative work environment * Competitive compensation * Staff meals and team benefits * A creative and exciting workplace in Valencia We are looking for someone proactive, approachable, and passionate about hospitality.
