We are currently seeking a National Program Manager for Health Services at our Headquarters in Madrid. **Main responsibilities include:** Planning, scheduling, and supervising all activities related to program implementation. Analyzing needs, challenges, and areas for improvement. Identifying contexts requiring adaptive proposals. Setting objectives. Designing, developing, and implementing procedures and operational protocols to standardize the intervention model, adapting it to the characteristics of different groups, territories, or circumstances, with a strategic outlook. Seeking alternative funding sources. Designing and developing new projects and programs. Participating in technical team recruitment processes. Developing, communicating, and updating the methodology, working tools, and procedures for use by the technical team. Designing and developing new interventions, as well as manuals or protocols to improve program methodology and interventions, enabling adaptation to new situations or needs. Designing required document formats and templates for program implementation. Supervising updates of content, structures, and visibility of funding bodies. Supervising, advising, and supporting the work carried out by the team assigned to the program. Monitoring, providing technical support, and coordinating with Health Service teams across various regions. Monitoring program activities. Assessing and evaluating trends regarding care profiles and workload. Supporting resolution of incidents. Internal training. Visits to various facilities, headquarters, or programs. Representing and promoting the program both internally and externally. Communicating the program’s methodology, procedures, capabilities, limitations, and ACCEM’s intervention model. Attending various forums — conferences, events, working groups. Internal and external training. Internal and external coordination. Internal coordination with provincial, territorial, and facility managers, as well as with the psychological support and healthcare axis and the Programs Department. External coordination with public and private health services. Coordination with external resources, institutions, and entities. Other duties as required by the program. **Offer includes:** * Substitute contract (covering leave of absence until 30/06/2027\). * Full-time position (35 hours/week) * Hybrid work model. * Salary: 35\.600 euros gross annual. **Profile:** **Academic Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine **Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in medical practice. Minimum 1 year’s prior experience in team management. **Languages:** English and/or French and/or others. **IT Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Others Knowledge of international protection systems and humanitarian assistance. Prior experience in direct intervention and management of programs addressing reception, care, and support for asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection. Experience in team coordination and management. Skills in conflict resolution and management. Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training activities and coordination tasks. Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing the full project cycle (design, development, execution, and reporting). Ability to work with and energize teams. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel.
