We have an opportunity for you! **Quality Manager** Reporting to Management, your mission will be to ensure the correct implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management System across the group's various facilities, guaranteeing compliance with procedures and applicable regulations. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Ensure implementation and compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System and ISO standards. * Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits. * Train and support teams on quality procedures and resolve related queries. * Propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage documentation and analyze key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, complaints, alerts). * Coordinate occupational health and safety (PRL), emergency plans, and relations with external agencies. **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics and Business Studies, or equivalent. * Training in Quality Management Systems (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the automotive industry. * Experience in regulated environments and audit management. * Proficient use of office software and quality management tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills. **What can we offer you?** * Opportunity to join a leading group in the mobility sector. * A stable project with direct business impact. * Ongoing training in the quality field. * Opportunities for professional development. * Flexible compensation plan. **Take the next step in your career** **Submit your application and join our team.** Your next professional opportunity could start here!
