




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist with skills in customer service, reservation management, and activity coordination in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic and organized work environment We are currently looking to hire a person for an office position with the following conditions: **Schedule and Working Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per week Distributed across 5 days of 8 hours each (Monday to Sunday) Two consecutive days off (currently scheduled midweek) **Seasonal Schedules:** **Summer** (opening hours from 08:00 to 20:30): 3 days from 12:30 to 20:30 2 days from 10:00 to 18:00 **Winter** (end of October to end of April – opening hours from 08:00 to 18:00): 5 days from 10:00 to 18:00 **Main Responsibilities:** In-person customer serviceReservation management (phone, WhatsApp, and email) Use of FareHarbor system and Google Calendar Tour organization Customer check-in Coordination and monitoring of pickups Management of multiple activities, collaborators, OTAs, and tour operators **Requirements:** Intermediate/advanced level of English (mandatory due to interaction with international customers) Additional languages are valued Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high workloads Friendly and professional customer interaction This is an on-site position in Costa Teguise.
