




We are looking for a person for the position of **Receptionist (part-time afternoon - 20 hours per week)** who is **an animal lover**, with a positive attitude, organized and with a vocation for customer service. This role is essential, as you will be the first impression our customers—and their pets—will receive upon entering the spa. Your mission will be to ensure an **exceptional experience from welcome to farewell**, combining empathy, professionalism, and sensitivity toward the world of animal well-being. Responsibilities: * Greet and attend to customers and their pets with kindness and professionalism. * Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings through our system. * Advise on available treatments, adapting them to the needs of each pet. * Promote the sale of services and gift vouchers. * Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and aligned with the spa's aesthetics. * Assist in organizing the appointment calendar with the team. Requirements: * Genuine love and passion for animals (essential!). * Attention to detail and sensitivity toward animal well-being. * Previous experience in reception or customer service (ideally in beauty centers, veterinary clinics, pet shops, or spas). * Sales-oriented profile and focus on sales. * Good appearance, clear communication, and problem-solving attitude. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
