




Job Description: We are looking for a person for the position of **Receptionist (part-time evening - 20 weekly hours)** who is **an animal lover**, with a positive attitude, organized, and passionate about customer service. This role is essential, as you will be the first impression our customers—and their pets—receive upon entering the spa. Your mission will be to ensure an **exceptional experience from welcome to farewell**, combining empathy, professionalism, and sensitivity towards the world of animal well-being. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers and their pets with kindness and professionalism. * Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings through our system. * Advise on available treatments, tailoring them to each pet's needs. * Promote the sale of services and gift vouchers. * Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and consistent with the spa’s aesthetics. * Assist in organizing the appointment schedule with the team. Requirements: * Genuine love and passion for animals (essential!). * Attention to detail and sensitivity towards animal well-being. * Previous experience in reception or customer service (ideally in beauty centers, veterinary clinics, pet shops, or spas). * Sales-oriented profile with a focus on sales. * Good appearance, clear communication, and problem-solving attitude. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
