Responsibilities **Central kitchen and central warehouse:** * Maintaining documentation for implemented quality standards: plans, procedures, labeling * Reviewing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), inspecting facilities * Training production staff * Coordinating with external service providers: laboratories, maintenance, pest control, occupational health and safety companies, etc. * Reviewing completion of HACCP system records and completing relevant quality department records * Participating in quality and health standard audits, developing and implementing corresponding action plans **Kiosks:** * Conducting internal audits at kiosks * Training production staff * Training regional managers on quality and food safety * Analyzing kiosk KPIs * Coordinating with laboratories to deliver results **Corporate:** * Participating in international working groups * Attending international meetings Requirements * Knowledge of HACCP and good handling practices. * ISO 9001 standards. * Fieldwork experience. * Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (spoken and written).
