**Description:** ---------------- Groundforce, a company committed to equal opportunities, is seeking to hire a Quality and Environmental Manager at Lanzarote Airport. The selected candidate will lead the Quality and Environment team at the base, following guidelines established by Globalia Handling's Operations Management, the Delegate, and Globalia Handling's Quality, MA and Operational Safety Manager. Among other responsibilities, the selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Manage and coordinate the Integrated Management System (IMS) for quality, environment, and operational safety, ensuring its proper implementation and compliance at the base. * Promote, advise, and foster continuous improvement in processes related to quality and environmental management. * Communicate and update IMS procedures, ensuring all personnel have access to information and are aware of changes. * Supervise, collect, and analyze quality, environmental, and operational safety indicators to measure process effectiveness. * Handle passenger and service complaints, ensuring proper recording and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct periodic inspections and audits, including subcontractor oversight, to verify compliance with standards and regulations. * Collaborate with management in identifying and evaluating applicable legal requirements, communicating changes and results to relevant committees. * Support area managers in opening, managing, and monitoring action plans to ensure their proper implementation and effectiveness. **Requirements:** --------------- * In-depth knowledge of the airport environment, both managerial and operational. * Training in Quality/Environment and Management Systems and/or as a Management Systems auditor. * Advanced level of English, spoken and written. * High proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Word. * Candidates must demonstrate strong competencies in the following areas: + Initiative + Organization + Autonomy + Synthesis ability + Teamwork + Responsibility and commitment to the organization * A disability certificate of 33% or higher is desirable.
