At Hesperia World, we are seeking a Purchasing and Supply Intern who will combine physical tasks in the warehouse with administrative duties, contributing to the hotel’s operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Assist in processing purchase orders, from creation through confirmation with suppliers. Receive and verify goods, ensuring compliance with required quality and quantity standards. Assist in monitoring minimum stock levels. Manage procurement-related documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, and reports. Handle and resolve issues related to orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Maintain smooth communication with suppliers and other hotel departments to ensure efficient supply flow. Requirements: Student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Tourism, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP or PMS preferred). Physical capability to perform light loading and unloading tasks.
