***Psychologist*** *Baix Llobregat, Barcelona* We are seeking a family therapist for the **Baix Llobregat Family Therapy Service** at the Infància i Família Foundation. We are looking for a family therapist to join the EDAF team. This is a service aimed at both individuals and families experiencing crisis and/or distress, who may require therapeutic support and accompaniment. Family therapy and individual therapy programs for children and adolescents at risk or within the child protection system. **Main responsibilities:** * Strengthen the family’s capacity to cope satisfactorily with the various stages of its life cycle and the crises it may encounter. * Improve the quality of family relationships. * Address dysfunctions that may arise in the couple relationship, parent–child relationship, sibling relationship, and overall family dynamics. * Address the consequences that child maltreatment may have caused to the health status of children and adolescents, especially damage resulting from situations of child abuse. * Address personal issues experienced by parents when these hinder, limit, or prevent them from fulfilling their parental role and carrying out caregiving functions for their children. * Strengthen the family’s relationship with its extended family network and with its broader social network. **Requirements:** * Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. * Valid registration with the Official College of Psychologists. * Training in systemic approaches is valued. * Experience: Minimum of three years’ documented experience in intervention. **And what do we offer?** * Join a group of social organizations providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary support to children and adolescents at social risk or potentially vulnerable. * Contract subject to tender, valid until December 2026. * 20 hours per week of direct care. * Start date: 01-01-2026
