Property Manager

Description

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of residential properties, both for private use and for rental. You will coordinate maintenance and cleaning services, supervise the condition of the properties, organize key handovers and collections, and conduct periodic inspections to ensure everything is in order. You will manage communication with property owners, handle incidents, and coordinate service providers and staff. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Marbella, involving frequent travel within the Marbella–Estepona area. **Requirements** * Reside between Marbella \- Estepona * Bilingual in English and Spanish. The interview will be conducted in English. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly yet professional approach when interacting with property owners, tenants, and service providers. * Ability to independently resolve incidents, solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail during property inspections. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, task management applications) and willingness to learn new systems. * Familiarity with the Marbella–Estepona area and availability to travel; a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are essential. * Prior experience in property management is considered an advantage.
