Active participation in company improvement and transformation projects. **Job Description** Adamfoods Group is an industrial/FMCG business group with presence across the Iberian Peninsula and international expansion plans. We are currently looking to fill the position of Production and Demand Planner. **What will your role be?** By joining the Planning team, your mission will be to ensure efficient production and demand planning, meeting customer service objectives while minimizing waste. Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating production planning aligned with demand, operational capacity, and inventory levels. * Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing logistics, storage, and obsolescence costs. * Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to improve product flow efficiency. * Analyzing historical data and market trends to generate accurate sales forecasts. * Implementing planning tools and ERP systems to improve forecast accuracy. * Managing supply chain risks by identifying deviations and proposing solutions. **What do we offer?** * Joining a stable, dynamic, and innovative environment. * The opportunity to assume a key role and actively participate in company improvement and transformation projects. * Potential for development and growth within the organization. * Direct collaboration with Group headquarters and production plants. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG sector. * Advanced Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and experience with planning tools — Blue Yonder is especially valued. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively across departments — Sales, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply — requiring strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and agility in problem solving.
