End-to-end procurement management for categories related to foreign warehouses, headquartered in Spain. This includes warehouse equipment such as racking systems, forklifts, and warehouse management systems (WMS), as well as packaging and consumables: cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and labels. It also covers localized services such as warehouse operations outsourcing, maintenance, repair, cleaning, and security. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing high-quality local suppliers, establishing and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships. You will lead procurement negotiations, contract signing, and execution monitoring to ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and on-time deliveries. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations, finance, and legal departments to ensure procurement process compliance and effective risk control. You will also generate periodic reports with procurement data analysis to support business decision-making and budget planning. You will participate in formulating localized procurement strategies and drive cost-reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements. This is a permanent, full-time position with an annual gross salary of 41\.250 euros.
