Position Description We seek to hire a Teacher to deliver a Basic Qualification Training Program (PFCE) aimed at students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, evaluating, and monitoring the training program, promoting inclusive, adapted, and person-centered methodologies to support competency development and transition into further education, employment, and adult life. Main Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and evaluate PFCE training modules. Develop didactic plans, training units, and adapted materials. Conduct individualized follow-up of students. Coordinate with families, guidance services, and support professionals. Prepare follow-up reports, evaluations, and academic documentation. Promote development of personal, social, and vocational competencies. Manage complementary activities, visits, and experiential learning in community settings. Participate in coordination meetings and educational improvement initiatives. Apply inclusive methodologies and personalized supports to ensure full student participation. **Profile:** ***Essential Requirements*** Academic Qualifications **Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training**, covering Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, and Language Teaching (or equivalent qualification granting teaching eligibility). **University Bachelor's Degree**, Licentiate Degree, or equivalent in one of the following fields: **Engineering.** **Business Administration and Management (ADE).** **Labor Relations and Human Resources.** **Computer Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.** ***Knowledge*** Understanding of the education system and Vocational Training in the Valencian Community. Advanced user of ITACA platform. Knowledge of inclusive methodologies and diversity-responsive education. Digital competence applied to teaching. Especially valued Teaching experience in Vocational Training, PFCE, or transition-to-adulthood programs. Experience working with students with disabilities or specific educational support needs. Training in educational inclusion, cognitive accessibility, and universal design for learning. Familiarity with the business ecosystem and employment resources of the Valencian Community.
