Main Tasks / Responsibilities * Ensure reliability and consistency of information for strategic decision-making. * Participate in the implementation and evolution of global systems (Workday, SAP, Qlik). * Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, data quality, and automation. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding compensation, diversity, and sustainability. * Design reports, prepare databases, and support external audits (NFR, Ecovadis). * Collaborate on digitalization projects and team training on key tools. Key Areas of the Position: * Reporting: design and maintenance of reports, data auditing, process improvement. * Compensation & Benefits: data consolidation, preparation of reports for committees, benchmark management. * Projects and Digitalization: implementation of tools, process optimization, and data quality. What are we looking for? * Analytical profile, oriented toward continuous improvement, with experience in global environments. * Knowledge of tools such as Workday, SAP, Qlik, Excel. * Ability to work on cross-functional projects and in teams. * 3\-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in data analytics within an industrial environment. * English level C1.
