Employee onboarding and offboarding, contracts, contract management, dismissals, certificates, final settlements, submission of social security documents, SILTRA, CRA files, processing temporary disability (IT), workplace accidents, Delta system, payroll processing, managing Social Security notifications, filing Forms 111 and 190\. Attendance at SMAC. IRPF calculation and regularization. Proficiency in collective bargaining agreements and regularization of arrears. Proactive and solution-oriented person. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Summer schedule from June 15 to September 15: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Remote work every day.
