**Description:** ---------------- Join Grimaldi Logistics Spain! We are seeking an Operations Agent for our Ibiza office, with a temporary contract to cover a replacement. Location: Ibiza Position: Operations Agent Working hours: 39 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday * **Responsibilities:** * Use of cargo booking software (Atlas) and cargo management systems (GestPark). * Preparation and submission of shipping forecasts. * Support during disembarkation operations, attending to and informing passengers and carriers as required. * + Support during embarkation operations, including: + Final meter control for passengers with vehicles and for cargo units with and without drivers. + Access control and management of passenger and vehicle flow. + Coordination with ship and terminal staff. + Management and resolution of operational incidents. * Preparation and submission of cargo operations reports. * Support in platform stock control tasks at the RoRo pier. * Support, when necessary, in fleet vehicle control at Botafoc and RoRo piers. * Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity. **We offer:** Opportunity to join a leading company in logistics and maritime transport Professional development within a dynamic environment **Requirements:** --------------- ✅ **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in logistics or port environments. * Proficiency in office software and reservation systems (Atlas, Sirena) **✅ We are looking for:** * An organized, solution-oriented individual capable of multitasking * Flexibility regarding working hours and availability for rotating shifts
