At **Dropi Pro**, we continue expanding our team and are selecting dynamic and tech-savvy **Warehouse Operators** specialized in efficient goods picking and return control. If you are passionate about logistics, comfortable navigating digital environments, and seeking a challenge where agility matters, we want to meet you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Order Picking:** Sorting, packaging, stock control, and fast, accurate shipment preparation (picking). * **Comprehensive Return Management:** Receiving, physical inspection, sorting, and logging of returned packages or those with logistical issues. * **Monitoring, Digitization, and Technology:** Data entry, status updates, and consistent use of IT systems, databases, and inventory control tools—performed with full agility. * **Operational Coordination:** Working under pressure as part of the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and swiftly resolve incidents. **Essential Requirements:** * Prior experience in warehouse roles, especially in order picking and reverse logistics/returns. * Advanced technological proficiency: Strong command of IT tools, management systems, and digital agility for rapid data digitization. * Proactive, results-oriented profile: A solution-driven individual with initiative and excellent ability to work under pressure while maintaining pace in demanding environments. * Residence in Spain and immediate availability to start. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract (subject to the legally established probationary period). * Full-time schedule of **40 hours per week** (5 days per week, 8 hours per day, rotating shifts, two rotating days off, lunch break\-meal time, weekend departures at 5:00 PM). * Excellent working environment and genuine opportunities for professional development within a leading, rapidly growing company.
