At Gacela Herrera, we’re looking for you! ***What are we looking for in you?*** * **Proven experience:** Minimum **8** years working in the industry (technical test or references will be valued). * **Specialist in color and treatments:** Mastery of cutting techniques and, especially, experience applying **clays and oils** from Secretos del Agua (or strong capacity to learn the system). * **Advisory profile:** Ability to perform personalized hair diagnostics. * **Positive attitude:** An empathetic person with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and who enjoys teamwork. ***What do we offer you?*** * **Working hours:** Tuesday to Friday, 10:00–19:00; Saturdays, 10:00–14:00\. * **Contract:** Permanent / Part-time. * **Economic conditions:** Fixed salary \+ **attractive additional incentives (to be detailed during the personal interview)**. * **Continuous training:** If you already know Secretos del Agua, great!
