Opportunity to perform on-call duties for assistance services We are seeking maintenance personnel for Zaragoza city. Responsibilities include maintaining thermal installations, boilers, diesel and gas systems, as well as autonomous equipment and domestic hot water (DHW) storage tanks. Electronic maintenance, security systems, and mechanical door-opening systems are also part of the role. Electrical maintenance covers the full range from the transformer substation to the low-voltage distribution board. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining fire suppression systems, scanners, and arc detectors. Maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant is also required, including cleaning, sludge centrifugation, and minor repairs. A temporary contract is offered to cover vacation periods, with the possibility of transitioning to a stable, permanent position within the company. The working schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts; on-call duties for assistance services are also available. Candidates must hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Electricity, Heating and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Plumbing. A work-at-heights certification, aerial work platform operator license, RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en Edificios), and training in high- and low-voltage systems are mandatory. Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality management, and environmental protection is considered an advantage.
