Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Electromechanical Technician** to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our machinery and facilities operate at full capacity, performing preventive and corrective tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Preventive Maintenance:** Carry out scheduled inspections to prevent unplanned production line stoppages.
**Diagnosis and Repair:** Identify faults in complex electrical and mechanical systems and efficiently perform necessary repairs.
**Installation:** Assemble and commission new machinery or upgrades to existing equipment.
**Technical Interpretation:** Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
**Safety:** Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations (LPRL) and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Education:** Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate or Advanced Level in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields.
**Experience:** (Preferred) 2 years in industrial environments, preferably in Tetra Pak aseptic production lines.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Maintenance of electric motors, frequency inverters, and PLCs (desirable).
* Welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
**Skills:** Problem-solving ability, teamwork, and availability for rotating shifts.
