**Position:** Maintenance Technician – Versatile Electrician **Company:** Idiliq Group **Location:** Mijas **Department:** Maintenance Job Description Idiliq Group, a leading company in the tourist apartment sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in electricity with a versatile profile. The selected candidate will join the technical team to address needs arising from internal reorganization and departmental reinforcement, assuming responsibility for the comprehensive maintenance of installations across the company’s various assets, ensuring their proper operation and safety. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults in residential units, common areas, and technical installations. * Install, replace, and repair electrical panels, lighting fixtures, sockets, and other electrical components. * Provide support for basic plumbing tasks (leak repairs, replacement of sanitary ware, faucets, etc.). * Intervene in air conditioning systems (basic equipment maintenance, split unit inspections, incident detection). * Carry out general minor maintenance repairs (‘handyman’ profile). * Verify compliance with current regulations regarding electricity and safety. * Record and track all interventions performed. Requirements * Solid knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations. * Knowledge of plumbing and/or air conditioning systems. * Versatile and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Prior experience in the hotel or tourist apartment sector is desirable.
