We are seeking a maintenance technician to work in the Madrid area. The main responsibility is to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, with special attention paid to HVAC and electrical systems. Other duties inherent to the position will also be performed to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities. The position offers a full-time contract, totaling 40 hours per week. The schedule is fixed, Monday through Friday, morning shift, starting at 07:00 and ending at 15:30, including legally mandated breaks. We seek a candidate with experience in this type of work who can operate autonomously. Specific training in the aforementioned fields, as well as the ability to efficiently resolve incidents, will be valued. * Multi-skilled First-Class Professional with a minimum of 5\-10 years’ experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Responsible, solution-oriented individual capable of managing incidents. * Valid driver’s license. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Spanish \- Advanced. * Possession of Vocational Training Level II (Electricity and/or HVAC) \- Fluorinated Gas Handling Certificate (desirable).
