We are looking for a committed, solution-oriented, and proactive individual with experience in comprehensive hotel facility maintenance and knowledge of pool maintenance and control, who wishes to join a dynamic team focused on service excellence. Key responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities. Supervise and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Monitor, maintain, and treat swimming pools, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Efficiently detect and resolve technical incidents. Collaborate with various departments to uphold quality and service standards. Propose and implement improvements aimed at facility preservation and optimization. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the hotel, tourism, or service sectors. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Specialized training in pool maintenance and treatment is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively and focus on incident resolution.
