In the coordination aspect, this includes planning and organizing daily tasks, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. Key decisions will be made in resolving complex failures, allocating resources, and prioritizing interventions. You will also supervise incident management to ensure rapid and effective responses, lead and train the team of electricians, and manage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships. Regarding technical execution, you will diagnose and resolve critical faults in electrical and electronic systems, ensure proper installation of new equipment, and develop maintenance procedures. For this position, advanced education in Electricity, Electronics, or Automation is required, along with prior experience as a qualified electrician or maintenance technician in demanding industrial environments. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting with a multimeter, electrical measurements, and understanding of electrical diagrams will be valued, as well as a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
