Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at facilities, manage incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Points: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance at various locations 2. Incident and breakdown management, minimizing downtime 3. Supervision of compliance with safety and quality regulations **WORK SCHEDULE:** Morning shift, to be agreed upon (Monday to Friday) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, the candidate will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the company's various locations (Donostia and surrounding areas). **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of all company facilities, coordinated with the Maintenance Manager. * Management of incidents and breakdowns, minimizing downtime. * Monitoring the condition of machinery and facilities. * Communication, information sharing, and coordination within the area across various company facilities, internal staff, and external trade associations, reporting to the Building Manager. * Resolution of incidents reported by centers via internal communication (Lacunzanet). * Supervision of compliance with safety \& quality regulations and verification of compliance with maintenance contracts with external companies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education. * Knowledge of maintenance practices. * Ability to respond promptly to emergencies, as well as organizational and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude. **PROCEDURES:** * Weekly report on completed work submitted to the Facilities Manager. * Daily management of the internal incident tracking system (Lacunzanet/Maintenance). * Monthly meeting with the Building Manager for reporting and consultation. * Creation of a shared folder with the Director of Facilities for budgets and invoices. **Interested candidates please send CV to: personas@lacunza.es** Work Location: On-site employment
