Maintenance Manager

Description

We are seeking a **Maintenance Manager** with experience in the hospitality sector for **Hotel Alicante Golf**, to lead the maintenance department and ensure the proper functioning of facilities, providing a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel. * Manage the maintenance team by organizing tasks and priorities. * Monitor the proper operation of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, swimming pools, mechanical equipment, and other infrastructure. * Coordinate and supervise work performed by external contractors. * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, occupational risk prevention, and facility maintenance. * Manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts. * Analyze budgets and control departmental costs. * Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and facility preservation. Requirements * Technical education related to maintenance, electricity, electromechanics, installations, or similar fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a comparable position of responsibility, preferably in hotels. * Knowledge of electricity, HVAC, plumbing, swimming pools, and comprehensive building maintenance. * Leadership, organizational, and incident-resolution skills. * Familiarity with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Availability to respond to incidents as needed. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in 4- or 5-star hotels. * Training in energy efficiency and technical building management. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
