At ONCE, we are seeking a Teacher for a temporary vacancy within our Support Directorate in Salamanca. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS? * Observation and assessment of babies and students under 6 years old. * Assessment of assigned students. * Development of intervention plan proposals. * Planning intervention areas based on student needs. * Visiting the educational centers of students. * Direct in-person support to students, both inside and outside the classroom, including recess time. * Support for adult individuals pursuing formal education. * Support for students enrolled in special education centers. * School-based intervention through technical support and specialized advice to all members of the educational community. * Keeping the educational community (families, schools, other teams or professionals) informed about the needs and capabilities of students with visual disabilities. * Adapting teaching materials and resources. * Collaboration with other institutions or teams. * Advising classroom teachers on methodological and teaching resources, support, adaptation of resources and materials... * Family-focused intervention (individual or group level – parent schools, workshops...) * Introduction to information and communication technologies. * Facilitating normalization, inclusion, and student autonomy. * Monitoring interventions carried out by other professionals with assigned students. * Development of programs and complementary activities to direct support. * Designing resources, conducting research, and training internal professionals and various members of the educational community. * Coordination with other professionals. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU? (Requirements) * Degree in Primary Education or Pedagogy. For degrees obtained abroad, official recognition or equivalence in Spain is required. * English level B1. * Knowledge of Braille. * Proficiency in technological tools and Office software at user level. * At least one academic year of experience as a teacher or pedagogue. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Prior to hiring, a negative certification from the Central Register of Sex Offenders must be provided, or documentation proving application for such certification, in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 5, of Law 26/2015 on "Modification of the Child and Adolescent Protection System". WHAT OTHER QUALIFICATIONS DO WE VALUE? (Desirable criteria) * Knowledge of sign language/alternative communication systems, work experience in education with visually impaired students, relevant training courses related to the role, knowledge of corporate applications, and participation in volunteer projects/initiatives.
