**Job Description** =================== Position Mission The selected candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of materials. Their work will contribute to guaranteeing an efficient logistics flow while maintaining the company's established standards of quality, safety, and customer service. Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store materials in an orderly and safe manner. * Prepare orders through picking, packing, and dispatching products. * Inspect materials prior to shipment to ensure they are in proper condition. * Verify inventory levels and maintain correct organization and location of materials within the warehouse. * Ensure order-related documentation is accurate and complete. * Manage corresponding transactions and records in SAP related to receiving and dispatch operations. * Prepare necessary transportation documentation, including weights, shipping costs, and labeling of dangerous goods when applicable. * Conduct cyclic inventories and support stock control activities. * Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support other logistics and warehouse tasks required for smooth operational performance. Requirements * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification. * Ability to handle loads of up to approximately 18 kg. * Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and, when necessary, weekends or holidays. Preferred Qualifications * Minimum six months’ experience in warehouses, logistics, or distribution centers. * Experience operating forklifts and/or stock pickers. * Knowledge or experience in industrial or distribution environments. * Experience using SAP or warehouse management systems (WMS). * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and instructions. * Commitment to safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention standards. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and continuously improvement-oriented individual, capable of thriving in dynamic, high-paced work environments. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
