The Logistics Analyst supports the efficient execution of warehouse and logistics activities following the implementation of SAP WM ERP. This role is responsible for order processing, shipment coordination, inventory accuracy, logistics documentation, operator training, and cross-functional support to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Process and prioritize sales orders, deliveries, and transportation orders in SAP. • Process and prioritize sales orders, deliveries, and transportation orders in SAP. • Coordinate shipments and logistics activities with Customer Service, Production, Planning, and Procurement teams. * Identify and resolve order processing issues, material shortages, and SAP-related incidents. * Consolidate customer orders and manage shipping and logistics documentation. * Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in ERP/WMS systems. * Coordinate transportation services and oversee daily shipping activities. * Execute and support after-sales logistics orders, including packaging and documentation. * Train operators on SAP processes and keep training materials and manuals up to date. * Support warehouse operations, including order picking, replenishment, and stock transfers. * Analyze workload, report on operational performance, and identify process improvement opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * More than 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain operations. * Experience using SAP ERP (preferably SAP WM) and warehouse management systems. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a dynamic environment.
