Description

A company located in Santa Coloma de Gramenet is seeking Technical Service Staff to carry out orientation, prospecting, and training tasks within the Municipal Employment and Training Programme (Treball i Formació EELL). A university bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and Catalan language proficiency at level C1 are mandatory. Prepare technical reports within their field of expertise. Know and apply the Management System. Perform other similar duties assigned to them. Specific occupational functions: Advise, inform, orient, and monitor service users. Prepare occupational and competency-based diagnostics, as well as design professional and occupational pathways. Deliver teaching across various subject areas. Update files and refer individuals to programmes, services, and job offers. Conduct selection processes. Carry out other functions typical of labour orientation and training. Specific intermediation functions: Prospect companies to obtain and manage job offers and internships. Monitor and evaluate internships and labour market integration under the programmes. Provide advisory support and management, where applicable, to companies regarding subsidies and hiring. Perform other similar functions inherent to the entity’s service portfolio. * Minimum 12 months’ experience. At least one year of verifiable experience in supporting vulnerable groups. * Bachelor’s Degree * Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Official university bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in the social sciences. In cases where the candidate does not hold a degree in the social sciences, they must possess an official university bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least one year of verifiable experience in supporting vulnerable groups. Catalan language level C * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2175 * Other relevant information: Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, split between morning and afternoon shifts, including statutory breaks.
