Develops a set of indicators for diagnosis. Identifies gaps, needs, and potential related to vocational interests, professional competencies (attitudes, aptitudes, and knowledge), education, or work experience; prepares the final diagnostic report. Defines and plans intervention lines supporting the individual’s labor insertion. Designs insertion methodologies and strategies with corresponding objectives, contents, and activities. Plans insertion pathways (socio-labor, training, workplace introduction, or others). Supervises insertion activities according to the established program and methodology. Guides the individual’s labor insertion process. Supports and stimulates their professional and personal development. Accompanies the individual throughout their labor insertion process. Evaluates intervention results and outcomes using appropriate evaluation techniques and procedures. Assesses the impact of each implemented action. Continuously and individually monitors and evaluates the individual’s pathway progression and achieved level of labor insertion. **WORKING CONDITIONS** 9-month employment contract.
