* Information, in-person and telephone customer service. * Daily access control, as well as during events and activities, including reception tasks when applicable. * Receiving and safeguarding mail and courier deliveries. * Maintaining a good appearance, order in the spaces, and proper use of equipment and furniture by users. * Reporting on the same day any irregularities or abnormalities occurring during work to the contract supervisor or designated person, as well as reporting defects or malfunctions for repair. * Proper opening and closing of facilities.
