Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Technician to carry out security system installations in businesses and residential properties, maintaining quality standards and delivering excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and resolution of incidents in security systems. 2. Autonomous management of daily schedule. 3. Maintenance of high-quality installations and customer service. We are looking for an Installation Technician in the Telesales Installation Department. Selected candidates will report to the Installation Quality Supervisors and focus their work on carrying out installations—both in commercial and residential settings—of our security systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Performing installations and resolving incidents during the installation itself. * Managing one's own daily schedule. * Completing the corresponding documentation for each installation. * Maintaining an exceptional standard of installation quality and outstanding customer service. **Mandatory Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Experience installing security and video surveillance systems. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel, as installations will be conducted within the city of Barcelona. **Desirable Requirements:** * Strong communication skills. * Commercial skills.
