With ALE\-HOP’s national and international expansion, our teams continue growing, and we need to strengthen our processes and technology department. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Manage incidents in ERP, SGA, and corporate systems. * Resolve and escalate technical and functional issues. * Monitor systems and integrations. * Coordinate with partners and internal teams. * Participate in system improvements, automations, and updates. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. * Relevant experience is valued. * Specific IT knowledge: ERP, SGA, POS, and integration tools; SQL; relational databases and data analysis; SGI; basic networking and operating systems knowledge. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** An indefinite-term contract—because good things are meant to last.
